Trending @Accenture; How do they select a fresher into project?

I got a project call today. It was banking related. Interview went well. They wanted me to a learn new technology as well. I was ok with it. They were also satisfied with the call. End of the call They told they'll let me know. What will be the next process? Will they include me in the project?
