Trending @Accenture; How do managers react once you discuss another better offer ?
I put my papers on 15th Aug, after informing him. He said he will connect with me on Monday. Till date he hasn’t connected. Didn’t even bother to ask me why am I leaving.
This is the reality
At this point in Accenture no manager can get you a better offer or opportunity. The Global HR doesn't approve. Before Julie sweet when I mentioned about a new offer, I got promotion within two months . This time I put paper again, and even Accenture leadership are trying to retain me but they can't give me a better offer because of top level directions.
They will think yaar Mujhe kyon nahin Milan😂😂

Mine congratulated me and currently helping me negotiate me my Notice period. (Initially he tried to retain me as well)
I always congratulate them and wish them the best. Everyone works for money. Its as simple as that. No point holding grudges against someone trying to make a better life
There are two types of managers, one who they themselves have switched for better offers, they know what growth is, and then comes the another who think they are owning the company
Agree but as per current situation seems manager are good. Don't know how they will change after getting this information.
Should we inform to project manager or people lead. What the correct channel to initiate resignation?
