Except service based, Most of the time no other company takes in candidates who has 90 day NP. Say I got an offer but they are asking me to join in 30 days, I somehow negotiated with them for 45 days, then how should I bring my NP to 45 days (if the project is not very dependent on me and I have very few tasks)?

If you're not an important resource they'll agree to it
If you have leaves ask to deduct those along with monetary buyout.
All this works if you are not important to the project
If you're important then ask for a replacement resource promise to train that person do that and ask for early release

By the way, could you guide me on how I should navigate this situation.
I reachout to PL for resignation and the create a exit ticket in the portal.
But my manager is not allowing me to buyout then I would loose the job offer and at the same time, after resignation since I lost the offer, I have to take resignation back and then my manager will make things difficult for me.
So how do you think I should wisely navigate in this situation?
