Got an offer of 21LPA from another SBC but now my manager has gotten approval to match the same offer.
He has subtly indicated that I will be forced to serve the entirety of my NP if I don’t take their new offer.
Do I stay or leave?

Ask Acn to give to higher than what other org is offering - works when you are settled and enjoying your job
If you are hating your job and in long horizon if you don’t see much growth opportunities then go ahead with new offer

If you don't accept the offer from the other SBC, it will realize that you used its offer letter to get a pay hike. They won't entertain you when you approach them again, effectively blacklisting your profile.
