Trending @Accenture; How can I switch jobs if my company has a 90 days notice period?

I currently have over 3 years of experience in React JS, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Python.

In most interviews, I clear the technical round, but during the HR interview, I am asked about my notice period and then get rejected.

In many cases, recruiters contact me to ask about my notice period but do not proceed with scheduling an interview.

Please let me know if there are any suitable positions available or suggest some idea to overcome this issue
