Trending @Accenture; How can I get roll off from my project?

I joined a project recently in Jan 2024, but we're underpaid, overworked. We don't have the resources(in people and tools) nor do we have any budget to get them. I barely get anytime for myself and I'm tired of the poor management in the project, I have to lead 3 teams being on analyst level, I don't have any lead to reach out to, it's really frustrating, how can I roll off? Any reason/solution would be appreciated.

You are at analyst level and leading team?
Write an email to manager mention everything and ask them to release you. getting roll off is not easy in such projects. At the end, you have resign. if they have dependencies on you then it would be good point for you. Get an offer, resign and negotiate for onsite or better offer.

Write an email to your manager that you don’t want to work on that project and ask them to release you

For this you have to fake depression. Go to a doctor and get a prescription. Mail it to HR and manager and ask for a roll off or else tell them you will resign

Reach out to your HR, manager and mail them consistently.. irritate them with your emails n stuff. Let it escalate or dont come to work. Mail them with your health issue

Your project is in which location? I don't think they gonna release you, when already a resource crunch.

Ask your manager you will get released after 1 year for sure .
