My outcomes are not yet reflecting. My talent lead is OOO for a whole week. What is this talent lead ??who the h*ll is the talent lead who can access reward outcomes even before my manager and talent lead. Can I see somewhere the name of my talent lead??

I have a trick, you can login to portal.accenture. - Accenture links - Your Rewards - Click - Rewards Statement. This will show VP even before Our leads release

Hi, it is showing as per today’s date. And if I check total VP, it is equivalent to what i got in May 2024 + Dec 2024
