7moTrending @Accenture; How can I change the project if hardlocked?
I've been wanting to pivot to Data engineering related roles ever since I joined. But I am hard locked in this support project with no scope of learning. The tools that they use are pretty old and have no future scope.
Is it possible to change projects after a certain duration? Or am I stuck with what I accepted as a newbie?

For CL-12, just raise concern with manager and initiate emails to get roll off from project. Don't show interest in project at all and they will move you out.
