Trending @Accenture; How bench duration is calculated?

I'm in bench from April and a project hard locked me from 16th April and the hard locked ended on 5th may. They didn't proceed with my profile also they haven't given me any charge code for this time period. What should I do in this case, during this time some other was ready to hard lock but these ppl didn't release me and I lost that opportunity. My question is, will this considered as bench period or not?
