Trending @Accenture; How are you tackling 90 days notice period

I am currently looking for jobs for data engineer role and most of the position’s I can say they are asking to join within 45days. Those who are in notice period or who changed their job recently please let us know. Thanks in advance

How many days do you have left? I have been serving notice and it's been about 55 days. I have had a chat with my HR multiple times and they never agree to an early release. So just going through with it now and pointing out the issues in any exit calls they have.

As you’re serving notice period, just wanted to check how you got interview calls and which companies are fine with 90 days np?

That's the reason I resigned and trust me the moment you update that you are on notice you will get many calls. Hr and Project managers will never agree for early release here

Try to talk with hr and your project manager or try buyout option

What’s the process for buy out ? Do we need to get managers approval for the same ? Or we can just pay and move on ?

Manager and HR has to approve. If no dependency on you in your current project then Manage might approve.
