How are promotion candidates decided? I had received 6% hike and 19% VP in Dec. Does it tell anything? Will I be discussed in June cycle?

I have MAL of 36 months. Currently 7 YOE as CL10. Got 7.2% hike and 15% VP in December.

Will I get promotion or hike in June cycle?

19% bonus means you were DA in dec time, so high chance u will get promotion thos time if u r waiting from long and have MAL greater than 50
