For Jan 26 i support in my project and I'm an ase..i got only 700 for that ...it's same for all or differs project.. or its from central
I felt i was underpaid and i was informed as double pay and here it's was totally opposite half pay only
Can anyone let me know
It differs with their package. Directly check with your project manager or TL for getting underpaid.
Last week I worked on the weekend. I was also told that I'll be getting double pay. It comes with next month's salary, so I can't say anything now.
For weekend working you either get on-call allowance of Compensatory Off. The On-Call Allowance again differs from Career Lvl to Careel Lvl. Plus there is Primary On-call allowance and Secondary On-Call Allowance. Check with you PMO who collects the data for Shift allowance or reach out to your People Lead for the same.

I am new joinee, I had updated additional 9 hrs in timesheet still I didn't get extra payout of 26th Jan ? What I have missed?
Benefit for the national holidays differs from Location to location. First check what benefit are you eligible as per your base location (Either it will be double pay/ a comp-off or both in some locations).
Once above is confirmed check either your People Lead of the same was submitted for you during the period, if the request is not raised for working on a National Holidayy you don't get the benefit.
Third if the above 2 points are covered, make sure you clock your working hours for that day in MyTE to your project WBSE (Again check with respective People Lead/Project senior/Manager). If you don't enter 9 hours in MyTE you will not get the benefit.
