Trending @Accenture; Hikes for September Cycle

Hello Everyone, so I am into operations and currently at level 12. I joined last year mid September and I am due for a sub movement increase in September Cycle. Can anyone help me with the expected % hikes? FYI - I am already earning more than other level 12's in Accenture, so please answer accordingly. Thanks!
