Trending @Accenture; Hikes for Level 12

Hi all, I heard all the Level 12 associates received hikes on this November month. But for me I didn't received any hike so far. I have texted on teams for my people lead about hikes, he seen that message but still he hasn't responded to that message. Even though I have checked in rewards portal, still it hasn't updated yet. Would it possible for getting me the hikes?.. What should I do next? Anyone...
