I'm in cl12 and completed 1.4 Years. My inhand is 21,200. How much hike i can expect?. And when i will be promoted to Cl11. [Tech leap result are not declared yet]

Bro.. For Non engineering background like Bsc, bcom it's 3.4 Lpa and for engineering background it's 4.6 i guess.

You will be promoted to CL11 once you completed 2 yr or if you clear techleap then you will be promoted earlier.

Can i expect hike in this November cycle? And i joined on july 2023 and will complete 2yrs in july 2025. In which cycle i will be promoted to CL11?

The default cycle is of two years. If your Techleap results comes out in your favour then you can expect early promotion(not necessary depends upon your project and budget) . The promotion hike percentage varies with your performance and profile. It could be vary within the range of 21% to 32%. Mine was 26.34%.
