Hi What is the update on hikes and promotions this time? Are we getting something good or just like previous cycle ? Can someone please tell My manager and TLs are not giving clarity at all. There is no one who gives feedback or something Pathetic project Nobody talks or discusses anything. I am L11 since 3 years.

I think you are hoping that if someone from management or grapevine gives you hope that hike will be good and you will be promoted.
There is no guarantee of promotion. There is no guarantee of hike. Last 3 years trend in hike % you also know very well i suppose- 0/3/5 %
Promotion quota is less .. already both promotion identification and bottom discussion going on.Promotion case got closed Yesterday
It's bleak this time too. Hardly any promotions and more PIP quotas. Don't expect too much.
