Hi leads, Is there any deadlines on announcing hikes and promotions? I can see for some of them they have told hikes whereas for me still my people lead even didn’t give any hint on this😟 Those who received or not had any discussion with people lead, please feel free to put the poll

PLs have been given a target of Nov 28 to complete discussion and release letters, post that it’ll be auto released from the system. So expect to get letters by then.

Got 11℅ base pay hike and 14.4℅ VP,without promtion. Currently in Level 9. Do you think it's better hike from Accenture for 2024? Do not consider previous years.
