0% hike as I got promoted at the beginning of 2024 to Analyst post. Variable pay percentage is also very very less.
Why are you complaining then? You got promoted in the beginning of the year itself. What more do you expect?
I know how much I worked for my team... So it's obvious that everyone in the team I am in expected a minimal hike.. The promotion that I got is default promotion and the salary scale change was role based. Do you think it's okay to not have any minimal hike even after 8+ months of getting promoted? I don't think so..
Even after getting DA in September, I received 6.5% hike and now I got only 4% variable pay... Is this normal or not? Please advise since it's only been an year of me being in Accenture and I don't exactly know how much to expect.
Which level and what's the tech stack?because very rarely Heard people getting 9%
