Hi everyone,

I have completed 3 years, past 2 years I did not receive any hike or promotions. I'm mentally draining myself, some one please let me know how I will know whether this time I'm going to get hike or promotions.

Talk to manager , don't keep it inside (big mistake ).

Do regular 1 on 1 meetings with ur manager, strongly highlight your contributions. Say how you deserve hike.

I suggest to switch companies 3 YOE in one company sufficient experience.

Last year ppl got promoted got hike but still this year higher management in my market are silent Even though many manager raised in townhall meeting
