Just a friendly reminder: For all those who are constantly thinking of what's gonna happen in the June cycle, know that the situation is not good. So if you do get a hike/promotion this cycle consider yourself lucky. Or else look outside for another job. Also, VP is always paid in May salary. So no point asking when it's gonna release, what could be VP % etc etc. basically no one can say for sure for anyone here. Only your manager would know for sure. So instead of spamming the feed here, either wait with patience, or look for other options. Asking the same thing even when we all know nothing great is planned for us, won't make it any better. The time you spent here could be used to add up some skills on your resume.
