I have joined on 20 Nov 23 I'll be completing 6 month on 20th may am I eligible for June hike or Dec ?

If you are new joiner as a fresher, clear tech leap for fast promotion and good hike.
But new joiners coming from other company may get hike in dec

Well, hikes are for employees who have completed a period of 1+ year in Accenture. So you'll probably be getting it in Dec'24.
