If we receive a salary hike in November do we need to serve a minimum duration post hike before putting down papers for it to become the base package? What happens when we put papers directly after the hike? Does the hike get reversed?

there is no mandatory minimum duration you need to serve post-hike before resigning for it to become your base package.

No minimum duration. You need to be on the rolls the day the new salary is supposed to be credited. Best practices is to wait till you get your new salary and then move
