Trending @Accenture; Hike promotion Scam. Accenture modern day slavery & exploitation at it's best. No hike/ promotion only for India ppl why not other countries

Earlier they said level 8 and above promotion cycle has been moved to June 25 and below level 8 people can expect hiks and promotion from cl 12 -cl9. When time came most level 8 ppl got promoted to CL7. Few promotion happened below . They cut down the VPs and over 98% of ppl didn't get hikes forget about the promotion.

They again saying that it will happen in June 25 which again is a lie bco there is no guarantee that people will get hikes or promotion. People who have been over 2 yrs and above haven't received anything.

The expenses has gone up, rent is soaring, education, medical are now becoming luxury most of ppl now can't afford to get sick, travel to family as costs have gone up. Toxicity at supervisor, team lead and manager level has gone up. Leadership has gone in toss. People are fighting to meet there daily needs. The pockets have crumbled.

Most of ppl I encountered or had word are worried on there survival as things have started to shrink at there personal level. Many of them are in financial distress. Many are looking to move from this to new company and the market is not helping as opportunities are very thin.

I just don't what else is in store of Accenture for people who are hard honest workers. And the management is busy with vacation and party at there level on the expense of ppl who are suffocated with toxicity and no raise still working hard to earn there livelihood while being underpaid.

Yup it has indeed become a scam. And being a long timer here, I can vouch for this, since Accenture was not what it has become now. I see other organisations providing a much better level of compensation now. This used to be the opposite few years back. With the new sweet leadership, It looks like the focus is only on embracing rainbow flags and being an ally. I hope the organisation comes back to what it was earlier known for. A wind of change is imminent and I hope our AD’s, MD’s and all realise this the sooner or later.

Yeah by the time of change will come it would already be late. And sweet leadership focuses on promoting only CL 8 and above in India and rest al CL levels in other countries. But karma is real what goes around comes back hitting hard. The pain and suffering of all employees in India will not go in vain.

Because of economic factors our leaders doesn’t care about the efficient Tax payers of the country. Corporate can take any decision they want. Shit company even shitty management

True. I now don’t feel like working hard for this company. 3 years with no promotion and the second hike was after 2 years. I devote less time in project work, try not to stretch for longer duration and take leaves whenever I feel like. Upgrading my skills and preparing to switch but this 90 days notice period is a trap to keep as enslaved.

Agreed on each and every sentence you have written. Indians are always taken for granted by these MNCs. Late hours work and no vacations have been made norm in India while employees in other countries with equivalent skills are given more privileges in terms of work life balance. Leadership is extremely toxic in Accenture India.

And i dont see this changing in the near future too. Since, we are cheap labour here. If you apply the same skills abroad you have much higher earning potential and benefits. And the additional add ons like better standard of living. No wonder why majority of Gen Z is leaving our nation for better opportunities abroad

Totally agree with this sentiment.. The organization is least bothered about employees. Even their leave policy is biased!
