Trending @Accenture; Hike/Promotion in Accenture for AASE Fresher?
I joined Accenture in Jan 2023 as an Advanced App Engineering Associate (AASE) Career Level-12. My base pay is 5.4L. I've completed the TechLeap assessment in October (💯 damn sure i cleared it) and still haven't got any mails regarding it. Since i haven't completed my 1 year at Accenture given my DOJ on jan 23. I'm not going to receive any hike, also considering the so-called FY22-FY23 poor results in India & Sri Lanka. When can i expect my Promotion or in which cycle it'll be considered? Am i gonna get a hike right after completing my 1yr at Accenture, if so what's the % range?

@AmaikapuTeluguAbbayi when you gave your techleap did you complete 6 your months on project (minus the shadow) exp?
I'm gonna complete 6 months on my project in Jan 2024 excluding shadow
then you won’t get the promotion, tech leap provides 3-4 schools (tries) if i am not wrong. The main requirement for you to get promotion w tech leap is 6 months proj exp excluding shadow. Id suggest that give your school 2 exam after you complete 6 months. Then after 3 months the results will arrive, if you pass the promotion in june’24 else try again. Best of luck 🙆♂️
