I have joined Accenture on Aug 2021 with 11.5L package and now it's 2.7 yrs in Accenture till now, I have received only 5 percent hike on Dec2022 and the current package is 12.15L for 6.9 yrs experience in Level 10.

I'm in level 10 for 31 months in Accenture

Is it a reasonable package? and when can I expect to get a promotion to level 9?

I think Accenture is acquiring this strategy to decrease their workforce. No increment and finally with frustration people will leave

I joined Accenture recently at 15.75 lpa in Level 10 (7 yrs of experience). I think my package is low as compared to the industry standard... Same doubt

I have seen L11 Resource getting more than 16 LPA. So yes. My TL who is 8 Years of Experience earns around 28 LPA.

Oh then I’m 8.5 years experience & my fixed pay is around 13.5L . This makes me think !

I think we were all supposed to be promoted in Dec. I am also in the same CL9 for 31 months. Lets hope that happens soon.
