Trending @Accenture; Hike percentage from level 10 to 9.

Level 10 at 13.2 LPA and additional 21% as Variable pay, mostly i get around 12 to 16 percent of my variable pay, I am expecting promotion applicable from 1st December onwards. How much hike should I expect? It took almost 3.7 years for this promotion.

Expect around a 25% hike. Your new base pay should be roughly 16.5 LPA.
