Trending @Accenture; Hike or promotion or not
I joined Accenture in September 2021 and was promoted in December 2022. Since then, I haven't received any hike or promotion. I am being rolled off my current project(support) and moved to a Development project next month. Am I likely to receive a promotion or a good hike? And if hike how much percentage?
You joined Acc in Dec 2022 which means you were eligible for hike in Nov2023 cycle however due to some reasons Accenture announced that no Salary Hike or Promotion will be given to ATC India resources, this was normal and everyone had to face the heat. Now, for this cycle we can expect some hike coz Accenture wont let down it’s employees for two consecutive years!!
Coming to your concern regarding you new Project, so if you are getting Rolled on to your new project in Sep or Oct then don’t worry, year end appraisal discussion gets completed by end of Aug and between Sep and Oct Management will Consolidate the data and make a decision on % distribution of Hike, Promotion and Variable Bonus.
Also, if you want to get promoted then as per general rule you are expected to act as level up in your current role, which means if currently you are level 10 (SSE) then you will have to act like L9 (Team Lead) and get that acknowledged by your PL.

Don't count on it. Promotions and hikes are unpredictable here. Focus on excelling in your new role; that's your best shot.
