Trending @Accenture; Hike moved to the June cycle and got a 14% bonus. What about you guys.

Did anyone know how this percentage is calculated, like complete basepay? Bcz if I calculate 14 % from basepay the received bonus amount is less

Bonus Amount and % is not matching....not sure how they calculated it
