Our people lead informed us that the resources above level 9(TL and above) are not eligible for hike in this cycle. Hence we have not received any hike. Is this the same throughout accenture? Or is he just giving some excuse?

Nothing, like that CL9 in team got 11% hike and 16%VP and other 13%raise and 20%VP with prom
