Can we expect hike and promotion in march 24 cycle i have joined Accenture in June 2021 and didn’t got any promotion. My current package is 8.6 LPA feels like under paid. How much hike i can expect?

Usual hike will be 25% on fixed. If your leadership knows your work they will give you promotion on coming mid year appraisal.
