Every time I get rolled off I'm brought back by the next day due to the dependency on me explicitly by clients or other dependent parties. I'm praised by the leadership project manager and the delivery lead on a pretty much regular basis. Much frequently in the last 8-9 months! Every time I ask for any hike or promotion I'm told I need not worry. There r BIGGG plans for me. Still now there is absolutely 0 hike and absolutely no affirmation on promotion! Tell me how I can reach the sky with such praises, applause, awards when I m not considered for any career financial growth!

Boss, the hike isn't about the percentage, it's about your work's value! "Kaam se naam", remember that. Sky's the limit for achievers!
