Trending @Accenture; Hike effect in Accenture

After the great hikes ( 0%) I am taking my manager very casual.....

Leaving the work in the mid if time is reached to limit.

Shutting down laptop exact on time. Reporting office little late then previous.

Taking lunch break exact on 12.59 no matter how much priority issue.

Yes I am done with Accenture....worked till 3 am in the morning whenever requirement was there ,but they didn't pay off that effort ..so working very much professionally specific to time and strictly

Are they telling us to work less ?? No full 9 hpurs is expected and work should be up to the mark plus go office once a week traveling for 2 hours with no colleagues at that location . But wont give hike . Is accenture not getting payed by their clients they take billable resources money n fill their pockets and become rich but for us they have no money

Exactly same thing happened with me 3 years back..I used to work till 8-9 then woke up at 3 3.30 am worked till 7 and then from 9 started same routine. I had forgotten everything..I was madly in love with Accenture and my work. And I didnt work or gace that much efforts to get hike or promotion,I did because I loved my work and Accenture so much.

But in Dec when I got less hike than other people in the team who literally didnt do anything. Next cycle was told that my salary is among top 5 percent of what people are getting at my level.

Next to it "We are doing gender biasing this time"

This broke me so much..and it was that time that I decided boss abb itne main itna hin.

Those 3 years changed me completely Now I am very casual towards my work.. I try to complete the tasks but if I am not able to complete on time or if I dont want to complete it,I dont give it a fuck.

At max escalation will be there,Manager will say something bla bla..let it be..nahi mann hai karne ka nahi karunga.

And my hike is justifying my work as well and vice versa 😂

To all those people why I am not switching 1.I got retained 2 times here dont know why 😂

I did get a hike though but its as good as nothing. I got a 2% hike. I have also worked night and day for this and still this.

I think you are living under a Rock or something haven’t you heard the news for the past 15 years while other companies calculated their profits from 0% , Accenture used to calculate from 26 % thats why while other WITCH companies layoff people Accenture didn’t …. But this time it’s staring from 0 % as well …. It’s called the trump effect not the hike effect …. Trump just revoked all the govt contracts of USA handled by Accenture… for the past few years that 26 percent revenues was Accentures global employee salaries and bonus ….

Great... no one should work beyond office time whatever may be priority. For accenture we are just resource.

Same - I work only when asked i won't tell any risk even if I identify one, 2 hour lunch including a nap, make sure I don't overdo anything

Full support to you bro, feom the day I got to know my hikes (3%) even after being star performer in my project, now I am working only for 3 to 4 hrs in a day, no additional work , no support to manager in any internal tech works , attending client calls only 2 to 3 times in a week. Just waiting to get an offer to throw my resignation on my manager face.
