Trending @Accenture; Hike during promotion

Currently I am at level 9 with fixed pay 14 LPA having 8.5 years of experience. How much fixed pay do we get of promoted to level 8?

20 to 37 percent is the bracket usually on promotion. But have you heard anything on promotion yet. I checked with my Manager and she mentioned that mid year promotions are delayed with no comment when I asked her that "does that mean no promotions?".
