My manager promised me 50-60% hike after seeing my performance
Now we are going to have discussion about it.
If he'll not hive what he promised then what should i say?
Like how i should convey that I'm alot disappointed as in my team out of 5 people I'm the one who is handling everything
I'm at level 11 and everyone praised me alot because of my performance
I received an ACE award last month and one internal award. Also there is full dependency on me in my project.
Bro - Don't trust these folks. I received the Pinnacle and ACE awards. Got appreciated by client lead in N number of calls. I had a commitment from DU Lead for salary revision and promotion, and I was still ignored in mid-year. I would say don't depend on these guys. I was told they would do it in December - I don't care, though. I started applying outside and am now on notice with 17 base pay from 5.25 base pay.
I have a similar case in my team. They promised and later they changed their words. He already had an offer and he lost his offer as he believed in Accenture management. Later he tried again outside and within 6 months he got another offer and left. Have written communication from hr about it you will come to know how genuine it is.

Just remember these word “Before you joined Accenture had this client after you leave Accenture will have this client !! You’re replaceable”.. all those words by your manager is to either to motivate you or you took sarcasm in a wrong way 😅
No it was not sarcasm because we had one on one meeting just to discuss my hike only...And he only asked me that what % will satisfy you
