Trending @Accenture; Hike change possible??
Has anyone's hike ever been reconsidered and updated post dissatisfaction conveyed to manager and HR. Have you seen this for anyone else if not your case.
Need to know as I was told it is not possible at all...by the HR.
Also, did Accenture inform prior through any meetings or mail that the hike will be very low for this year too. Previous year, there was an email that there will be no hike for Asian countries, but there was no such generic mail this time. So, I am assuming that there are people who received good enough hike atleast 10-15% or more. Feel free to correct me.

Since I was not satisfied with the hike as I only received one hike for the last 4 years. And the current hike was equivalent to none. I expressed same with the manager, want to know do they really make any changes for genuine case.
Please don’t expect anything and have a plan accordingly
No hike from last 3 years and now got 5% hike
No change in hike. confirmed
