Trending @Accenture; Hike and variable pay

I have not received a hike or VP this time but my lead also has not informed me that I'm on PIP or not also my colleague is in same boat if we get 0 VP and 0 hike that doesn't mean that we are on PIP i guess and also if we are in PIP they would have informed us when they release rewards

I have also not received bonus or hike i too don't know I am in pip or not

Your supervisor will let you know if you are in PIP. Also check the rewards portal. HR will contact you if you are in PIP, your supervisor will also be in the same call to discuss further action. You'll be informed that HR will contact you.
