I have asked to my manager for hike they said this year we will not getting any hike in Accenture I have 3.7 year still my CTC is 5.75 only last 2 year no nike no promotion I asked for roll off they agree should I go to bench and upskill my self in bench also someone told me Accenture fire 1% employees every year during sep to Nov so this time bench is very risky is it correct?

Yes, it's risky to be on the bench during that period. If you want growth and stability, consider switching jobs. Staying might not give you the hike or promotion you seek.
