Trending @Accenture; Hike and Promotion cycle changed to June??

Hi All, Need serious info on whether the hike and Promotion cycle moved to June. I came to new project in Mid April during June this year and got only variable. no hike. Now, when December cycle came, they are saying hike has been moved to December. In terms of performance, I have done certification, multiple Accenture and client automation, proficiency of level P3+ and good performance in the project with no negative feedback. I recieved last good increment in December 2022. In 2024, it was 3%. Also, my salary is 50% low as compared to market and peers.

Please can someone help me understand the true scenario. Also, what should I really do.
