Hello All,
Wanted to confirm from anyone if we will be getting any hike or promotion this nov along with variable pay?
If there is a hike what % can we expect (i am in internal project )
If there is a promotion what % can we expect from L10 to L9
My manager has recommended my name for promotion but they are not sure will i get or not
Please suggest. Because i am the main resource in my team . There is no L9 also. Lot of tech dependencies are there on me.
Can i expect anything. ??
Don't expect anything, just resign and take a peace, search for good offers and try to switch ASAP, Accenture's hike is totally a scam, they say they don't have budget but how they are hiring new people by giving 50-60% hike, trust me buddy just leave ASAP
You are in same situation like I am and I have been informed by my manager that there are 90% chances of me not getting promoted, even after their recommendation as the quota is negligible this time.

Hikes and promotions are not guaranteed and depend on company policies and performance. Expect single-digit hikes. Promotions from L10 to L9 might bring around 10-15% increase. Consult your Talent Lead.
