I have two questions around this topic 1. If I have joined accenture in Jan 2025 , Am I eligible for hike for Nov 2025 cycle? 2. How is bonus calculated? For example : (Hypothetical case) Base pay - 10L fixed bonus in percentage - 10% (Shows on performance and rewards page) Bonus in INR - 1L Is it like this or some other factors are also there?

same my question didnt understand fully how its works like for example reward portal when i go to my reqard opportunity calculator and select 7% its some around 1 lakh vp and on statement bonus section show 44k number and % show 7% its hould be 1 lakh but no its 44k with 7% what the calculation or how does its work?
