Trending @Accenture; Hike after resigning.
I work as a Salesforce developer for about 2.7 years, I'm planning to switch and confident that I will get a new offer. If I get a new offer, will Accenture retain me by providing hike, If yes, then will that hike be reflected, will they provide it off the hike cycle, or will they promise for a hike in July cycle and just not provide the promised hike.
Note :- my lead has recently left the organisation, so it's pretty much me and one more guy who are old in the project who know the end to end functionality
If the project depends on you then Accenture will match your offer.
Will they match the offer in the hike cycle ? Or will they say they will match, and later just not provide what was promised. And will there be any agreement or letter provided that the offer will be matched in the next hike cycle ?
They can't be able to match the offer now, but can assure you something for the upcoming cycle.
