My year of experience is 4.9, fixed pay is 5.8l and variable pay 22k, I have been working as a data analyst for the past 2.5 years, moved from tcs to Accenture in 2023. Kindly let me know if I am paid fairly and would like to get suggestions from you upon the promotion from cl 11 to 10

with almost 4 yoe you're only getting ~7 lpa ...so basically you're very much underpaid... with 5 yoe u should be getting atleast 10-12 lpa

Today market standards is total exp * 3 . You can calculate yourself based on this.

That’s too low. At 4 LTIMindtree paid me 15lpa. At 6yoe, I Switched to Accenture with 24 fixed and L9. With that wxp you should be earning around 16-18 lpa

Wait. Why does your story sound very similar to mine lol???? I have 4.11 YOE, Base pay was 6.3 LPA. I joined Accenture for in 2023 from TCS. I got promoted to Level 10 yesterday and will get Base pay as 7.9 LPA. TCS really spoiled the game for me. Was really very very underpaid there.
