Trending @Accenture; Highly underpaid

Is there anyone who thinks they are highly underpaid. I delivered few applications to PROD, and completed 2.5+ years in Accenture. I’m still getting 39800 in hand. Can anyone help me to determine my market value. I’m level 11 data analyst.

@ZoroMarimo @STs @FlawedMonk I am also getting same issue..with 3.6 yrs experience getting the same range like 40k for almost 2 yrs....pitty of my situation....anyone knows the hike % anyone get after being an analyst for almost 2 yrs...Anyone know..pls reply????
