I am an associate thats been assigned a task...I am finding it very hard to complete without guidance.My manager tries to guide me but it's vv high level.For remaining team members not getting much help.....What shall I do ..... Didn't get a promotion also.....since project was changed its been around 6 months in this project.....They say they don't expect much from ASE n then throw a complicated task on face

Same boat, due to policy L12 can't be rolled off easily. Tasks are daunting, it affects my sleep and there is a underlying stress that i feel during whole day.

plus the work is non repetitive, so next time the task will be different and more complicated
