Guys I put a resign cause got a offer after that I asked for early release. when I talk to my PL and manager they accept my request for early release, but after some day my HR told me you have to serve whole 90 days even after manager said I would be released Can anyone suggest what should I Do

Yes, you have to serve 90 days NP, do you have any proof that Manager was agreed with earlier release
