Some of my reportees who got hike in Dec cycle have received hike now as well. Variable pay is exactly the same. Those who got promoted in Sep 24…they didn’t got any hike now Those who got promoted in June 24…they got single digit hike.

Same situation. I got promoted in last June and didn’t receive anything in December. Hoping for something this cycle.
