Promotion after 2 years isn't automatic, but it's common if performance is good. Chat with your manager to get a clearer picture.

Every year sub level movement will happen from 12.3 to 12.2 then 2 to 1 almost 3 years you have to spend in one level. After that you are eligible for level change promotion based on availability posts they will promote.
