Hi I got mail to set priorities for 2025 on workday is it important? And they told me to discuss with people lead ,I still don't have name of lead on the workday ,what should do ? What are the priorities to set give me some example if you have any sort of idea

Yes it’s important as this is what they say; it is discussed during promotion /hike period i dont think so its true but here is an example of priority- state what your goal is for next 6 months and what actions you will take and what will be the result for the company
