Not at all, no one going to office

Nope, it isn’t strict as of now cos the client we are working for is very demanding and requires extra hours, the management is well aware that if they force us to office no one will put in the extra effort needed hence no strict policy for work from office

It’s work from home but work for 12-14 hours..
