How are SAP projects in Capgemini ? They offer me 15.5 fixed with no VP ? Is it good ?

Hi bro, how many interviews round happened? and what they asked in L2 round , was it technical or managerial round

It was pure technical , they ask questions from RICEF, CDS , AMDP, classical odata related to segw , then fiori related annotation as in resume I have mentioned full stack abap developer

I have given 2 rounds l1 and l2 they will mostly ask questions from cds , AMDP , odata in l1 and l2 from all concepts

I worked with Capgemini for 2 years as SAP Consultant and the projects are not good and also managers. The managers(program managers, who dont works but only manages team) only take all the benefits like on-site, awards and hikes.
